APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

I want to join TRAVELIN' SINGLES. Enclosed is my thirty dollars ($30) membership fee to join. Payment of $30 entitles me to take a ($20) credit against the final payment on my first trip with TRAVELIN' SINGLES. I understand that if I do not travel with the club for any twelve-month period, I may be required to pay a postage fee of $15 to continue my membership.
